The location of the hotel was nice - a 10-15 minute walk from Wielka Krokiew Ski Jumping Hill. It was also really close to Krupowki Street, the city center and a quiet area close to the center. Had a tasty meal in the patio.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows made for a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities were great - especially the breakfast buffet with a good selection of local dishes. The staff was helpful and provided us with useful information about transportation and the location - it was just a short walk to the main market and close to all the ski slopes.

Can't fault anything about this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a small park with playing areas for kids and is situated in a quiet area near the center. the rooms were clean, basic, and had all the necessary amenities anyone would need. the bathroom was modern and included a powerful hot shower. the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was reasonably good.

The hotel lacked daily room servicing and a few extra facilities like a kettle in the room and clean towels upon arrival.
